Style – In the genre-busting tradition of North American Imperial IPAs (aka Double or Extreme IPAs), Giants is a strongly hopped, roughly filtered, robust 10% ABV beer that pays homage to the all the hop bombs that have transformed our minds and palates. Slightly cloudy in appearance, this fractionally filtered beer maintains hop aromas and flavours normally stripped away in traditional filtration.
Taste -- Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit zest, and sweet tangerines arise from this dry-hopped cocktail of Amarillo, Galaxy, and Falconer’s Flight hops. Both familiar and unusual, the malty sweetness camouflages the high 10% ABV in this voluminous homage to IPAs.
